  To be honest, I boycotted Pet Supplies Plus a while ago because of horrible experiences at a different location. I had even reached out the corporate office and never received a response. I'm not sure what made me go to this location the first time. I think I was looking for items for my rabbit that I couldn't find at Petsmart. Whatever the reason, I'm glad I gave this location a chance. I have NEVER had a bad experience here, and unlike the other locations, there is always someone saying "Hello!" When you walk in. The store is always clean and well stocked. Most importantly, the staff and management are actually friendly and helpful. This location should be used as the training location for the entire Knoxville area. The Cedar Bluff location especially could learn a thing or two or twenty from this team. Keep up the good work!
