  I have a bachelor's degree in Nursing and have over 40 years combined experience in healthcare. I have been a patient with this facility for several years and have always been very pleased with their medical service. When my primary care physician, Dr. Larry Huskey retired, I was concerned that I might not receive the same quality of healthcare he had always provided, but I was in for a very happy surprise when Dr. Shane Kelley became our PCP. My husband and I could not ask for a better physician to see to our primary health care than Dr. Kelley. He is always polite, he really listens and if he doesn't know (which is very rare), he doesn't fake it. Instead he will tell you he will research it and let you know. And yes, he does follow up. In 40 years of working in conjunction with different healthcare groups across the United States as a Board Certified Medical Case Manager, I can honestly say the staff here is the best I have ever seen in healthcare. I have always found each person here to be professional in all circumstances, polite and caring. This is the only healthcare group in 40 years that, with no hesitation, I award 5 stars! Well done!

  I had an extremely rude nurse and was told insurance would cover visit, but didn’t. I have been to this doctor’s office 3 times and every time I had someone who was very rude. I’m not sure what it’s like to work there, but people don’t seem to like their jobs very much.

  Would not take me as a new patient even though they have taken people with the same insurance. They would not give me a reason why I have military insurance "tricare". Had me on hold for 20 minutes just to tell me that.
