- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was the seller in a transaction with this company. The closing officer was very distracting trying to buddy up to my realtor. The company missed details about the HOA and when I called her on it, she said they didn't know there was an HOA and never received the info. It was the first thing on the listing info sheet my realtor gave them. She said we were all done, I had to turn around and come back because she forgot to present me with the warranty deed for signing. The two critical things that this title company is missing are attention to detail and owning up to their mistakes.May 17, 2017by David Moore
