- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I will never recommend anyone to this company. I canceled my home and auto policy with them on 9/29. They didn't issue my refund until 10/23 bc it took 3 people to have it sent to the correct address. I waited and waited for the check and never got it so I called on 11/10 to have it reissued and they didn't even reissue it until 11/17 so here I am over a month later waiting on MY money. If I went over a month without paying them they would have canceled my policy so how is this fair? And they can't direct deposit it in my account like they took it out. Again, not fair.
