- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Crystal and her staff make their customers a priority. I used to be insured with one of the larger insurance companies and always felt like a number that was lost in the mix. When I walk into the Jacobs Agency, it almost feels like I'm walking into my own home. The staff is genuine and each of them take the time to get to know their customers. They carefully reviewed each of my policies and saved me a tremendous amount of money on my home, auto and life insurance.
