  Mini of Knoxville had a wide selection of vehicles. They were wonderful to work with on selecting a vehicle and working on finance. The people here are no-pressure, laid-back sales professionals. They want to make a sale, but they don't pull the normal "what is it going to take to get you in the vehicle today" line. I done a little research and found a vehicle I liked. My fiance and I stopped in to just test drive the vehicle with no intentions of purchasing that day. The sales persons who we worked with (Kyle and Jeff) were absolutely amazing. We worked and worked on the pricing to get where we wanted. In the end, we left with a great car, at a great price, and with payments we were very happy with. I strongly suggest stopping by to check out their vehicles and talk to them as they will do their best for you.

  I have worked with many dealerships over the years but this one is exceptional. They are extremely honest and offer the best prices possible. Additionally, they go above and beyond when it comes to ensuring that their customers are 100% happy - not only at the time of the purchase, but with a follow-up appointment after being familiarized with the car. Their detailing department is so conscientious that my car constantly looks like it just came from the showroom floor. In my opinion the credit for all of this goes to the manager, Patrick Winter, who obviously loves what he does which is to the benefit of their customers.
