- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to UT GI to see a specialist and was extremely disappointed. The medical records that were faxed there never got to the doctor so I spent most of the appointment trying to explain medical test results and history. The doctor was arrogant and basically sent me out of there saying he didn't know what was wrong and try some over the counter stuff. I have been sick for a year and asked for a test to help determine the cause and he refused. On top of that when I walked in the office the receptionists were watching videos on a phone and laughing. Even when I walked up to talk they didn't stop which I thought was extremely unprofessional. After the appointment the nurse told me the medical records were at the front desk for an entire week and never got sent to the doctor. If you're sick and looking for help determining the cause to get better this is definitely not the place in my opinion .October 06, 2017by Rusty Craig
