- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Though I was helped by a prescription for a medical issue, I never received any follow-up as to the test results that I was supposedly given. I called three times the following week-and-a-half, and was told that the lab results were still in process. This was an insane amount of time. I ended up having to wait approximately four weeks to know exactly what I had. Though the medicine was helpful, and the doctors were comforting, the customer service was not up to par, and extremely undercuts the work the doctors did.August 16, 2017by Wesley Mills
